Kia Orana Tatau, Firstly this is our first time ever renting a Storage Unit, I called to make inquiries and had spoken to Veronica B who was the most amazing person on the phone with exceptional customer care and had also held 2 different sized units for us to look at the next morning which we did and once walked into the office we was greeted with a warming smile and hello from my Viva VL friend Roger C and once I said me name Teremoana then Veronica knew who I was due to the call the day before and our conversation about the Cook Islands too. The help and great support from the both of them about the storage units but the one thing that also surprised me was the Courtesy Van you can use to move your stuff if you did not have a big enough vehicle to move your things to the unit and Roger was exceptionally helpful but again there was no internet working at that time of the morning but he went out of his way above and beyond to make sure we was still able to use the vehicle and did not want to muck us about and looked after us. 💯 percent I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fort Knox Storage to anyone especially Dandenong only because of the staff we met there just the warm welcoming and that positive vibe and energy that you feel when you walk through that door is very special. I have held this storage space since April 2023. Leaving now in June 2024 is somewhat sad.I still have no hesitation in recommending the facility to anyone for its clean environment, safety and such great friendly and helpful staff.See below for my review at the time of moving in:Dropped into the Dandenong office of Fort Knox Self Storage to explore possibility of using their facility. One of a few such facilities that I inspected.Had a warm welcome from the duty staff, namely Veronica with Roger. Veronica took me around to show the vacant typical units of the size that I was looking for.The open air facility was neat, clean and welcoming.Veronica followed up with quotation and subsequent phone discussions.Ended up signing up and now have started using the storage facility.I have no hesitation in recommending the self storage facility.Keep up the good work people.

It was challenging circumstances that led me to Fort Knox Dandenong which instantly impressed me at first visit with its lovely environment, great choice in facilities, and friendly team to safeguard my supplies, allowing me to sigh with relief in having found peace at least with this...Fast forward several years on, through relentless and exhaustingly despairing challenges...I have turned out to be a long-time *tenant* there.That I've been able to be is testament itself to the patience and ongoing support of the team there. It is in this latest COVID-19 crisis that's hit us all, though, that Michelle in particular has proven to be the most AMAZING beacon of light in my deepening struggles and despair!!! Suffice to say - I could not feel more blessed to have found Fort Knox Dandenong and wholeheartedly recommend this as THE storage facility of choice for one's belongings and supplies. Seriously!
