What’s behind the roller door

Fort Knox Braybrook is our newest facility built with smart technology.

Access to storage units is all under cover and easy to navigate. All doors and locks are controlled through an app in your smart phone. In addition, our facility has a 24 hour monitored security system and smoke alarms.

Our on site packing centre has everything you need to pack and move house, including cheap moving boxes. Our friendly team can also help you with valuable packing and storage advice.

How do I select the right storage unit?

I am a business customer and documented domestic violence survivor experiencing hardship. Despite providing medical evidence confirming limited work capacity, making partial payments, and requesting a simple accommodation for months,... read more Fort Knox Braybrook has overlocked my unit containing business stock I cannot access. I have a confirmed customer order I cannot fulfill. I called at 4:42pm to escalate this was not documented in their response. Their "solution" requires physical labour I am medically unable to perform. I have escalated to Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Victorian Small Business Commission. This is not how you treat vulnerable customers. Update: Will revise if resolved. Thank you for responding publicly. To correct the record: I have made partial payments - your own staff confirmed this Your T&Cs state overlock at 10 days. I was overlocked at 4 days. That's a breach of your own contract. I provided documented hardship evidence from Thorne Harbour Health on 24 October 2025. Two months ago. Your "solution" required physical labour I am medically unable to perform - documented DSP applicant with 8-hour max work capacity Your Area Manager demanded I "confirm acceptance" of worse terms before restoring access - while I sat in a 40-degree car in the same clothes for 3 days Today your delays cost me an $800 customer order You say you apply policies "fairly and consistently." Your own Late Fee Schedule says otherwise. Consumer Affairs Victoria and the Victorian Small Business Commission are already involved. I await your "direct response" addressing these specific points - not PR talking points.
