Very affordable, and the unit was super easy to access at most hours. Staff were accomodating and friendly.Only downside is that the location is a bit difficult to access by public transit. As travelers without a car it was often a hassle getting to and from the unit via public transit. Not too bad though.

We have been a customer of Fort Knox for over 10 years and in that time we've had requirements to change the size of our storage lockers several times. The staff at Fort Knox have always been pleasant, professional and helpful.Recently we've come to the end of requiring a locker and terminated our contract with them. Mark a Fort Knox representative helped us with the final processes. He was extremely informative and explained everything to us including what was required with hiring the Fort Know van. We were appreciative of his assistance and can't recommend the company more highly.

I recently had an excellent customer service experience with Fort Knox Spencer St!Ellie was so helpful finding me a storage unit at very short notice and Bianca was also wonderful processing the paperwork and explaining the storage facility to me. Moving can be very stressful but these two ladies made the experience far better with their helpfulness, professionalism and sunny dispositions. Thank you!I will definitely be recommending this site to anyone requiring storage and will only ever deal with these guys in the future for my storage needs. The pricing is good and the added extras of the move in pack and use of the free van (if available) is a great idea and can save you a lot of time and money. We were even offered a coffee!Highly Recommend 🙂

Staff were so lovely over the phone and when I actually went in to set up my account. The process was so easy and they went through everything I needed to know, showed me around and make all the instructions really clear. We also booked in the free move in van which is such a great added bonus! The place itself felt very secure and I had no issues leaving my things there for 3 months. Would definitely use again for any future storage needs. Highly recommend!

2 months half price and move in van made it easy to decide. Just paid gas for the van and $25 excess reduction that is it. Very helpful awesome staff. Thanks a lot. It would be great if I could borrow the van when I move out though, if you are thinking about room for improvement 🙂

I’m not going to bore everyone with the long story so I will try and shorten it. And I’m sure there are plenty of people are there going through some tough time’s right now. My partner and I needed a storage locker for what we thought would be for 4 months. With a deal buy one get one free, we paid for two months. Then suddenly, less than a week after disconnecting all utilities and moving 3.5 hours away, we needed to return. It was a double move two weekends in a row. The stress and extra money being wasted paying disconnecting and reconnecting fees was so much. We didn’t think we could get a refund for the locker. My partner was there with removalist, because we were so stressed and tired we couldn’t do it ourselves again. While I was setting up some other things. My partner spoke to a Laura, who he mentioned was an absolute gem to deal with. So incredibly helpful. And I know all my interactions were so great. Well she had organised with the manager to get 1 of our 2 paid months refunded. And it went through so easily. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. In troubling times like these, it’s the community sticking together that get us through. I really felt like the whole team really were there for us. I know if I ever need a storage locker again, or if a friend needs a suggestion, I will be going right to Fort Knox West Melbourne.

Fantastic storage place! They've got a range of different sized storage units and they will always help you choose just the right size so you won't go over and pay for a larger size you don't really need. Staff are very friendly and helpful, instructions are clear as day. After the initial check in, you can access your unit at any time, and the check out process was smooth and easy as well. Rental time is very flexible and price is very friendly! You can even borrow their van to move your stuff. Can't recommend this place enough, if you need a storage place then this is it!

Super clean! I stored my whole house here for nearly 18 months and no problems with rodents or damage. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the location was convenient for me with parking onsite to get your stuff in and out. I have no hesitation in recommending Fort Knox West Melbourne.

We got to the place and felt the service was exceptional from the start, Daven showed us excellent service showed us all the possible units to find the one suiting our needs the best. As we signed the papers we got offered a free drink and got told about the opportunity to rent a van for free to move our stuff. Can definitely recommend to use this facility and a special thank to Daven to the service he provided us! I would use nothing but Fort Knox next time I need to move.
