Jasi & Xavier were most helpful & professional and having free access to the moving van anytime was very unexpected and so helpful. As we only needed short term storage it was good value with a 2 month special rate. It would have gone up considerably after that time though which is worth taking into account. Maybe they could consider turning the radio/music off or at least down in the storage area as it can be annoying. We would recommend Fort Knox for storage and thank them for their assistance.

IT was always so easy to deal with Fort Knox Alphington. We stored our goods there for approx 10 years from 2010. We lived and worked out at Yulara {Uluru} and then various places around Australia before travelling back to the UK overland by Bicycle. All the time any dealings with Fort Knox was no problem by email or phone to pay a further 12 months storage.At the end of 2019 we decided to relocate our goods back to the uk and dealing with a local shipping firm and Fort Knox to allow access to our unit to have the goods removed for shipping was hassle free and could not be easier.We would not hesitate in recommending or using Fort Knox Alphington again in future.The service we received from all the team was always excellent.We can't thank you enough.

Brilliant service. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had no idea what we needed, and they were patient, didn't try to oversell, explained the process clearly. I highly recommend this company.The storage is very secure and the pin access to the front roller door is easy and effective. The service includes a secure padlock and keys for your unit, and we can come to add/remove any time between 6am and 9pm.
