Believe all the positive reviews! I'm moving interstate for 12 months and needed a storage solution for the contents of my apartment. Connie in the front office was so helpful - even taking me on the tour of the facility and allowing me to compare different sized units to ensure I found the one that comfortably met my storage needs. There was no pressured upselling - in fact the opposite - even being offered units of the same size for cheaper if going up to level 2 or 3. The entire process was very easy and I was able to sign up on the spot, and have access to my unit within 20 minutes. Excellent service, excellent location. Very happy customer!

Over the year, I have had the best experience in storage services from Coburg. The staff at the Coburg North team were always immensely helpful, welcoming and personable. I really felt like a valued customer - from the coffee in the well kept lounge to the fantastic use of the van. The best self storage I've used. Fort Knox Coburg is clean, very secure and has all the facilities to help unload and move your goods. One feature I was most grateful for when i finally moved out is that I was able to load my ute in the rain without anything getting wet. Highly recommended.

Fort Knox Storage Coburg North is an exceptionally good facility. It's new, clean and has excellent extra facilities such as free use of their van, a lounge for use for customers, and a modern, easy to use security system. The best in the world if not only Melbourne. They were more than helpful and patient with me (to the point they stayed TWICE in the office despite it was supposed to be closed when I hired their free van and got lost...) and even offered me the best choice they can make that suited my little budget. If you are thinking of storing your belongings, give Fort Knox Coburg North a thought. I had a very positive experience for the several months that I stored there. It was also very handy to use their van when I needed to move my things in/ out (at no charge) too. Awesome help FortKnox Coburg North, special thanks to Damien for making everything smooth with our move from start to finish. These guys even have a rest room where you can put your feet up and grab a cold drink when your in the middle of your move. Affordable in comparison to others on my quote around.
