What’s behind the roller door

Located off Springvale Rd, near the Dandenong bypass, Fort Knox Storage Keysborough is a purpose designed storage facility that features an easy to navigate layout, extra-large goods lifts, and undercover parking bays.

We provide trolleys that customers can use to move their goods; there is also a walkie stacker and pallet jack available. In addition, we have a conference room and a comfortable waiting room with tea and coffee for customers.

We also have an on-site packing centre with boxes and moving supplies at discount prices.

Beware of Fort Knox Self Storage’s relentless price gouging! I initially chose Fort Knox Self Storage in Keysborough based on what seemed like a reasonable offer—$75.50 per month for the first... read more three months. However, this quickly turned into a nightmare of constant, unjustified price hikes. By March 1, 2024, my rate doubled to $151. Then, just a month later (April 27, 2024), it jumped again to $172. Most recently, in their letter dated January 31, 2025, they announced yet another increase—this time to $186! At no point did my storage needs change, nor were there any facility improvements or service enhancements to justify these outrageous increases. Fort Knox Self Storage operates on a flawed business model that prioritizes price gouging over customer retention and brand loyalty. Instead of rewarding long-term customers, they exploit them with ever-rising costs, forcing them to either absorb the increases or go through the hassle of moving elsewhere. I have now vacated my unit and will never use their services again. I strongly advise anyone considering Fort Knox Self Storage to look elsewhere unless you enjoy being hit with constant price hikes with no explanation. Do yourself a favor—find a company that values its customers instead of treating them like a cash grab.

They are professional, understand what you are looking for, extremely easy to get on with and they followed everything up in writing.
