Congratulations Vermont – Facility Of The Year Award Winner

This year The Fort Knox team was extremely excited and delighted to be awarded the 2014 Storage Facility of the Year award for our Vermont facility from the great people at the Self Storage Association of Australasia (SSAA)

And the winner is… Fort Knox Vermont.

This was a great achievement for our staff and facilities at Vermont, and something we are very proud and humbled to have bestowed upon us. The award nomination process looked into all aspects of our business and we are thrilled to be recognised as leaders within the self storage industry.

The judging process took into consideration our customer service practices, which we were recognised as delivering excellence in customer satisfaction. At Fort Knox our mission is “To treat our customers like Gold by being committed to superior storage solutions and delivering peace of mind via excellence in customer service from our experienced, professional staff.” We believe we live up to our vision and are amazed and proud at the daily feedback & gifts that we receive from clients praising our team.

Here at Fort Knox we pride ourselves on our state of the art facilities with convenient access and “A grade security”. We tailor our services to our individual clients needs and aim to deliver a complete package for each client’s circumstances. Our Vermont facility is certainly a first-class building with secure storage units, easy access and modern décor. And although we might be a little bit biased we are absolutely thrilled to be acknowledged by a panel of independent judges and industry experts as being awarded the facility of the year.

Fort Knox Vermont opened in July 2008 and is located in the south east corridor of Melbourne. Well recognised by its grand stature on the corner of Burwood Hwy and Morack road, our location is ideally positioned just 1.2 kilometres from Eastlink making it extremely accessible for all commuters.

Prominently positioned on a large intersection, our facility is well branded with striking signage that internally illuminates at night. Our sweeping ‘water free’ gardens are planted with a range of shrubs and trees which have been carefully selected to withstand the harsh Melbourne climate, whilst providing greenery all year round.

Offering a wide range of benefits to our storage clients, including individual door alarms, back to base CCTV monitoring, “A” grade security response, movement sensors, smoke sensors that are fire brigade direct, pin access and our unique fortress locking system for additional protection against forcible entry, we pride ourselves on our elite security.
