I recently used Fort Knox Keysborough. This is a great facility clean and secure with a move in/out van available. The staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. At one point I was overseas and they noticed something unusual about my unit and they were quick to contact me and get it sorted.I would highly recommend using this facility.

The team at Fort Knox Keysborough couldn’t have been more helpful with my short term storage while I moved house - they found me a bigger unit at the last minute, let me sit in the office while the moving guys unpacked into the unit, called me to follow up when I moved out, made sure I understood all the procedures and how to access the unit, and were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. The storage facilities are clean, modern and well organised and the other customer facilities like restrooms impeccable

While I was impressed with the new facilities, clean and tidy etc, it was the staff service which really made this a great experience. I had an urgent need for storage in a city I was not familiar with (Had to move an interstate relative). The advice and assistance, together with the Starter Pack, free van use and easy access made this the easiest part of my move. Thanks again.

Great facilities in an easy to access location... never had any issues and the staff are fantastic. I missed one or two payments due to me being forgetful and had courteous reminders with no issues. I had a 4.5m unit which was perfect for a whole households worth of family goods that had been saved over 15years- as well as some valuable art and collectibles... always felt safe. Would use again when needed.
