Once you become a customer of Fort Knox Storage Eltham, you will have access to your storage unit from 6am to 9pm, every day of the year. Storage units at Fort Knox Eltham are fully self-contained with an individual door alarm. Security also includes back to base movement sensors, monitored smoke alarms and 24 hour camera surveillance.
Many of our customers choose to store their wine in our underground temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar.

I stored my wine for 10 years here. Never had a bottle that didn't age well. Staff were always courteous and helpful and the team were quick to inform me of any dramas (the floods of 2011 come to mind - everything was fine!). The place was very secure and always 15 degrees. Would recommend to anyone who collects and wants to store their wine for ageing. Also used their "normal" storage when moving house and had much the same experience. Thanks

We recently have taken a space at Eltham. Although the sign up process was quite long, the whole process from sign up, to start using the space was seamless, and easy to understand. The guys in the office are friendly and helpful. We hired the moving Van which was a super benefit, as so far it only took 1 move to clear the majority of our boxes/ furniture. The pricing is very competitive, Caltex is across the road for refilling the hire Van, the contract is quite flexible allowing for a weekly arrangement getting close to any closing of the contract. Access is 7 days. I highly recommend Fort Know Self Storage. I have used Alphington and now we are using Eltham site. I haven't any complaints. Boxes, wrapping paper, plastic, tape are all available on site for purchase. This is a great option for anyone looking for short term or medium term storage.

A lot of other businesses could learn from Fort Knox Eltham in regards to customer service, cleanliness and presentation. We eat out a lot as we travel OZ and I don’t think yet I have been to a restaurant that comes close to Eltham in these important areas and this is a storage facility. Maybe Matt Moran’s Aria Brisbane.

Really nice team at Eltham, everyone was really helpful, organised and able to answer any questions I had. Also flexible in allowing me to switch lockers, and when I was done it couldn't have been simpler to leave the locker empty and unlocked and be done!

Fort Knox Eltham is awesome. So easy, staff are the best and they have it all and nothing is a bother. The Day we moved out it was raining and went to reception to see if there was something to cover a couch and OF COURSE there was! A great plastic slip to go over it and reasonable priced considering they have no competition - just wish we had something else to store 🙂 A++++++++++

I have had a few units over the past year and a half with Fort Knox Eltham. My belongings have been kept very safe and secure and the staff are always very helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend them and would 100% return when we require a unit again.

I was a bit hesitant about putting my precious good in storage but Cath and Suzanne whom I have been dealing with are fantastic and made me feel so safe. The facility is incredible and I am very happy I trusted in that fact that not all storage places are the same. Fort Knox is definitively the best.

The facility was very accommodating of my needs. I started off with 3 units (a large one wasn't available so Fort Knox made up the size of Unit I needed with smaller ones). We then added a 4th unit and gradually cleared these out. Friendly and helpful staff, great location, reasonable cost.

Suzanne and the team at fort Knox Eltham have been great! From our first communication via phone and email from interstate, they have been helpful and professional and answered all our queries promptly. When we dropped in to sign up for storage everyone was friendly and made the process quick and easy. We have previously stored with another company while overseas, and the Eltham facility and team are miles ahead in both standards and professionalism.
